I could really relate to these beautiful poems. Especially the change in moods from day to day. Somebody who really knows what it feels like to suffer from mental health problems.

The poems in this book are raw and straight from the heart. The honesty behind the words are admirable and you can feel the pain in some poems. A reminder to self-reflect and to support each other. Bravo.
